Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Champions work with the project management team to ensure various project activities are carried out with an EDI-focused lens, such as: recruitment processes, establishing inclusive and accessible working environments, training of team members, and provision of equitable opportunities within the project. The EDI Champions also sit on the Steering Committee and provide their expertise to aid in higher level decision-making.
