Felix Gilliland (they/them) is a white, trans settler living on the territories of the Lekwungen speaking peoples of the Esquimalt and Songhees nations. They work at Salal Sexual Violence Support Centre as their Manager of Social Change, working alongside a team to implement both trans-specific sexual assault supports and transformative justice for GBV. Felix has a background in mental health and addictions services in Vancouver's downtown east side. They believe that feminism can and should re-align with trans people and sex workers, and they have worked across the feminist antiviolence sector nationally to help address harms and co-create a queer understanding of sexual violence.
