Kelly (she/her) grew up in PEI where she began her education and work, eventually obtaining a Master's Degree in Child and Youth Care from the University of Victoria with a Registered Clinical Counselling designation. She has been working with children, youth, families and communities ever since. Coming from 23 years of experience working within vulnerable communities and carrying a recognition and understanding of the issues that survivors of violence continue to face, Kelly is determined to continue dedicating herself to creating spaces where positive change can occur.

Kelly loves being near the beach, gardening, and enjoying the company of her loved ones. She is a loving mother, partner, pet parent, and grandmother.
