Nikki Baldwin (they/she) is the Executive Director of Planned Parenthood NLSHC, filling this role since July 2018. Before entering the Executive Director role, Nikki worked and volunteered at Planned Parenthood NL and with their 2SLGBTQIA+ summer camp, Camp Eclipse: OUT in the Woods. Nikki holds a Bachelor of Arts in Evolutionary Archaeology and German Language and Culture and a Medical and Business Management and Administration diploma. Nikki is a queer, non-binary woman who is a passionate activist and advocate for reproductive justice and 2SLGBTQIA+ rights and won a Vagina Warrior Award in 2019 for their work. They have a deep love of community and they find a strength in this that makes it easy to give back. Nikki believes highly in grassroots, hands-on community work and finds immense joy in doing this type of work.
