Rianne van Bruggen (she/her) is Senior Vice President of Northern Counselling and Therapeutic Services (NCTS), an organization providing mental health services to all Northern regions as well as Southern Indigenous clients across Canada. She has over 20 years of experience in social research, planning and program design, and long-term institutional policy development. She has lived and worked in Nunavut for over twelve years, including on files related to social and health policy and programming, mental health, and gender equality.
